About Our Organization
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tribal website and services. We are the People's Court of Xaymaca, an indigenous tribe operating as an unincorporated association under Jamaican law. As a legitimate unincorporated association, we are united by our shared cultural heritage, traditional governance systems, and commitment to serving our tribal community through lawful means and in accordance with our ancestral customs as the original inhabitants of Xaymaca (Jamaica).

Permitted Use
You may use this website for:

Tribal Membership and Services
Membership Applications
- All membership applications are subject to review by the People's Court of Xaymaca Tribal Council
- Membership decisions are made according to Xaymaca tribal law and constitution
- False information in membership applications may result in permanent disqualification
- The People's Court of Xaymaca reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation
Vital Records and Chief Registrar Office
- Access to vital records is governed by tribal law and privacy regulations
- Only authorized individuals may request or access vital records
- Fees may apply for document processing and certification
- Misuse of vital records or attempts to fraudulently obtain records is strictly prohibited
Donations and Financial Transactions
Donation Terms
- All donations support People's Court of Xaymaca programs and initiatives
- Donations processed through secure third-party payment systems
- Donation refund requests considered case-by-case
Refund Policy
Membership Application Fees:
- Application approved: No refund
- Application not approved: 50% refund available
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of decision
Tribal Services:
- All payments for tribal services and programs are final
- No refunds for vital records, cultural events, educational programs, or administrative services

- Processing: 14-21 business days
Payment Security
- We do not store payment information on our servers
- All financial transactions are encrypted and processed by certified payment processors
